The 25th of September my 12 dollars where automatically transfered to my bank account 2 days later the 27th they came back to my paypal account and the have the notice that this transfer is currently on an Open Dispute associated with it, it gives me the option to visit the resolution center but when i click the link that it provides me it sends me to an error page, when i refresh the resolution center i have 0 cases open, there is nothing currently going on there. Is this a bug from paypal? I need this issue to be fixed so i can actually use my money
