Any luck with fake facebook ad scams?

I opened a dispute over a month ago dealing with  what i mentioned in the title, and my date keeps getting pushed back. It would only take someone all of 5 minutes to see the seller is illegitimate after i provided evidence from the actual Company that makes the product showing it was a scam.
Has anyone had any luck with winning their case/ Dispute over situations like this? Care to share what you did to help?

Trouble is all the cases would probably take 5 minutes but if they have thousands of claims then sadly you wait your turn in the queue.

Paypal are inundated with buyers that bought tat from China web sites or Social Media ads so all claims are unfortunately delayed.

As long as its still open then you have a chance of a refund.
