Accepting a settlement - technical problems?

Hi

I have been trying to settle an Dispute, but each time, over the last 4 days, I get an error when I accept.

I noted that the PayPal site had a "technical issues" banner notification on the last few days, but now its disappeared.

Anyone else having these issues still?
