How many times do I have to tell you that I already submitted all the docs that I can only provide you.

I haven't registered my business to any business agency that is why I can't provide you with any business document. I already asked you many time to downgrade my account to personal. I followed all your instruction on how to downgrade my account. I am still waiting for your response. I have sent a bunch of emails and all I get is some stupid automated response. Please read my email carefully and solve my issue. I need my money back! It's been a week.

Since you need to change your account type to Personal you need to contact our Support to help you with your account level change. please reach out to us through one of our customer service channels we would be happy to help!
