PayPal c.c. vouchers

How long does one have to wait to get the PayPal c.c. vouchers.?   I used my card at a designated store and spent more than was required to claim the £20 voucher but am still waiting for it.   Do they come via e-mail........does anyone know ?  Thanks x

I think I got my £20 voucher when the first statement was issued.
