(New) Angie's list offer??

It seems there was an EMail from PayPal in April for "50% off" Angies list (that was confirmed.)   Yet I just  (AUG 😎 received an offer for "Angies List for 60% off.   What bothers me is the conditions seem different.  ("MUST click on the link below" - and the link seems like it'a a blind link.    (Is this Email from PayPal legitimet??)   Thanks
