Hi everyone. I came to the Community Help Forum because I need your expertise.
I have payed a buying through paypal, but as I told the seller, I did it in complete disagree, as they didn't give me the benefits of combined shipping they state in their auctions (they never sent me the invoice because of a "problem").
So after paying, I opened a dispute with them, to get the refund I deserve.
The seller answered it:
"You have opened this case for the full amount of the order. We will gladly issue a refund for what is owed to you in the amount of $32.89. Please close the case and open for correct amount."
My question is: How can I do that? How can I open a case for the amount they are owing me, if it is a percentage of the shipping? If I close the case I won't be able to open it anymore, do I?
