Disagree on a Denied refund

Hello fellow paypalers. I've bought a fairing set kit for my motorcycle on a online platform. It costed me around around 300€ to purchase. It arrived 45 Days after the scheduled. Had to pay around 95€ for income custom taxes (nothing against it, its the law). After 45 Days of the schedule, it arrived with wrong color, broken parts, badly painted parts and **bleep** holes not fitting. I've printed every chat with the vendor and took pictures os the damaged parts. After PayPal has been spoken to, vendor agreed in the return the money as i return the product. Resend the product costs around 120€. If they've made a mistakes, shouldnt be them to assume the returning feed?
