Paypal Here; Unable to install App on Moto E - 'no compatible devices'

Hello

I received my new Paypal here card reader and wanted to use it with a new Moto E phone on Three.

When I try and install the app it reports 'No Compatible Devices'.

In the devices list it reports the phone as being 'no carrier motorola XT1021'

I have both WiFi and the Mobile Data (on Three UK) enabled and both verified working.

Any ideas?

Is anyone else using Paypal Here and if so what cheap phones can you use it on?
