Card reader issues

Had a card reader supplied in May.. won't charge red light stays on won't boot up, tried reset diff cables etc

 

emailed paypal apparently I'm out of warranty so the won't replace even though it's been 7 months is it time to go izettle 

 

shame really I had lots of people that joined PayPal for business and the customer service is atrocious at the best of times, 

 

i know it it should be 12 months warranty but they just will not acknowledge it, what a joke but I think izettle is the way to go 29quid and 1.5% contactless vs 79quid and 2.75% 

 

so so much for loyal customers, you guys push us away sometimes
