Operation summary didn't appear during paymet transaction

I was forwarded from an external site to my PayPal account, showing the following screen:

In this screen I was not notified about total amount and neither the amount in the origin currency. I only can see the convertion rate from ARS to USD.

When I press on Continue botton I expected to see a summary screen with a total amount of the order and with the possibility to accept or reject.

Surprisingly, once I clicked the continue button, I was redirected to the external webpage (the page in which I ordered the purchase) with a USD 202 payment acknoledgement message.

I need to know if there is an error in Paypal platform as I understand that the complete opperation (including summary and transaction commit) should have been done in it.

I could do the refund of this expense as I contacted the supplier.

Please any help in order to avoid such experience to happen again. Please, if anyone need more info, don't hesitate asking me.
