pay after delivery

i purchased an item with PAD in february and everything was fine.since then it wont let me use PAD,even from the same seller.i try to use PAD,but it comes up this bank account cant be used at this time.please use a different payment method from your paypal account.if i click on confirm and pay after this notice comes up, it takes the money straight away,not 14 days later.i prefer to use PAD.so would be grateful for some advice.

Its not available for every transaction, it can only be used when it is offered to you.

hi, the payment after delivery is offered al the time. when i click on it it then says u can not use this frm yr bank account.

I'm having this problem too... wish knew why - PayPal haven't been able to help so far!
