i was making a purchace and ending up with my paypal account, verified, i had the message from paypal that they cannot proceed with my payment and to choose some other way of payment,
i want to use paypal because i trust it 100% thats why i cannot understand what happened
thank you in advance for any assistance
the message exactly is:
we are not able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time .return to the merchant website and try to use another payment (if possible)
