Everytime I go to pay for a purchase with paypal, several options (including instant transfer) are greyed out except for my credit card. I have a bank account not only linked but confirmed. Has anyone else run into this problem? Paypal can't help me unless I am actually doing a transaction.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
