SHIPTOSTREET Error

I am trying to make a purchase with my PayPal on www.logosoftwear.com and when I go though the general hoops to make the payment, I finally submit my order and I get an error that says:

Required payment processing parameter missing - SHIPTOSTREET
<!-- ClientApp: fatalerror -->      

I've called the company and they've told me it's something on PayPal's end. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advanced.
