Pay after delivery - not taken

Hi There,

 

I bought two items on 7th November using Pay after Delivery, both of which were scheduled to be taken on the 21st November. Both amounts are showing as pending still, and neither have been taken from my bank account yet. Havent received an email to say they are going to be taken. Could anybody shed any light onto why this may be?

Your best bet on this is to contact customer services direct as they can view your account.
