How Can i send money to Addis Ababa,Ethiopia from my unverified Paypal account ?

hi there i live in Addis Ababa,Ethiopia i managed to create an unverified paypal account because the banks in ethiopia do not give international credit cards , i was wondering can i be able to send money to addis ababa using my paypal account if yes i would very much appreciate it if you could give me the procedurs .  thanks

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum about this.

You can use PayPal to send payments for purchases you would like to make to any seller who accepts PayPal. You would be able to do this by adding a card to your PayPal account as a funding source.

If you are referring to transferring money from your PayPal account to a bank outside of our system, I can confirm that at this time, that would not be possible.

ok here is the thing i  can create a paypal acoount till this step. I have attached my step now i guess i need a credit card. what do i do next.
