help error "Requested Label price does not match with the pre-authorized amount"

the status of my account is normal. 

When I create a shipping label, I got the message: 

Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred:

Requested Label price does not match with the pre-authorized amount.

I can not print the shipping label out.. 

Please help.
