I’ve been trying to figure this problem out and noticed that a lot of other people have the same problem as I do. I contacted depop and they have yet to respond or fix my problem. This is a big issue because this is my first sale and I obviously can’t shop anything without the label. My account is verified, i believe. I say this because when I added my card number it did not ask for a verification (no red mark) and told me that if there was no red mark I didn’t have to complete a verification process. Anyway is there a fix to this?
