May seem like a stupid question, but I have dug around the PP dashboard menus and the help center and could not find an answer to this basic question....
Q: How do I "activate" and/or SEND "STORE CASH" (like $5 to old clients that haven't ordered in the lst 60 days?)... to past clients to hopefully ignite return sales? I can't seem to find anywhere to actually create and send the coupon/store cash?
