Hi Community, Would really love to get your help on this.
My client paid via PayPal Express checkout (as proof, she sent a screenshot that her card was debited by PAYPAL VISA)
However, on my shopify store, there was no confirmation that the payment was made. There also is no response from PayPal if the transaction was legit.
I dont know if Im being sent a photoshopped screenshot, or that the transaction is held somewhere in limbo by PayPal.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to check the transaction? Thank you!
