When I create a Discogs invoice I add the shipping manually and send to the buyer - everything looks okay. When they come to pay they are charged shipping twice and I cannot see what the reason is - assume it's something PayPal is doing. Does anyone know the reason for this? And how I can resolve it? I have a standard PayPal account.
