Scam Invoice From 'Civilian Complaint Center'

Someone just sent me an Invoice looks suspicious

I can't find 'Cancel' button to cancel or reject this Invoice. I'm afraid it'll be automatically deducted from my balance (so far not happening)

I can't reach PayPal support to help me clarify and remove this. I'm assuming it's a scam. Just curious if this is being sent out to others.

EDIT: I found the 'Cancel' button on Activity, but if i hit cancel it'll send an email to the sender. Is it safe? (screenshot below)

This happened to me to! I can’t see where I can deny the request. Or cancel. But I definitely think it’s a scam

I got it too, but I'm just going to ignore it. IDK what this is or what they're charging me for.
