Hi. I'm an Ebay seller based in Thailand. I'm trying to refund Ebay and Etsy payments due to flight disruptions caused by the pandemic. In other words, I find myself unable to ship orders I've received.
However, I don't have enough funds in my account to process the refunds. I'm prepared to add funds to my account to cover the refunds but Paypal won't allow users in Thailand to add funds. Does anyone know of a way to get around this? Thanks for reading!
