Logo does not display properly on invoice

My logo is not displaying properly when I create an invoice.

How can I fix this?

I can’t get a logo to appear at all.  And it displays the ‘no image’ icon on the invoice if I try to send it. 

 

Ive searched all over the internet to find a solution with no luck.  I also send a ticket into IT and they gave me the info to ‘try a larger logo’ which is absolutely not correct- the size allotted for a logo seems to be extremely small - 50 K - which I did not find through the site, but on a page on Google.  

 

This is not something that should be difficult to manage for a company like PayPal to make this basic function user friendly for their merchants.
