How to get rid of header image on custom checkout pages

Anyone know how to get rid of a custom header image on my paypal checkout page.

I can not find the custom header image option anymore - as it was discontinued in December 2017.

Problem is I now have a crap out of proportion image that looks like the checkout page may have been hacked on insecure.

How do I get ride of the image.

I would also like to know the answer to this. Or, how can I change the header so it looks to be in proper constraints...
