Hai I have received $28 today but paypal is showing only $26.19 in my account why is this difference happening. This is my second payment last time also the same thing happened. How to overcome this

Nothing to overcome, Paypal deduct their fee directly from the buyers payment before they credit the rest to your paypal balance.

This is unlike Ebay and similar companies that may invoice you on a monthly basis.
