Hello there,
Can a personal account be used to process invoices? Could it be one of the reasons why my payment status has been pending for a few days now?
If so how do I change the account from personal to business?
Thank you for taking the time.

Hi @Barbz99,
Great question! A payment can be pending for multiple reasons. You can find more information regarding pending payments here. As far as receiving payments to a personal account, you do not need to upgrade to a business account for the payments to complete. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your response it helps a lot. Just one more clarification? When looking at the reasons a payment has not come through, my status says it hasn't been paid. Does this mean it hasn't been received into the PayPal wallet due to the hold associated with a new account, or that funds have not been released to PayPal in the first place?
Thank you.
