I have a simple "add to cart" button in my website,
there was somewhere in the Paypal site a way to automatically add a fixed price shipping cost (P&P) based on a predetermined total cost but I can't find it anymore, can you please help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
