debit card confirming and link problem.

hi, on august 24th, i bought a visa debit card with 100$ on it from target. i added the information in and it says that theres 2 ways of confirming, 1 being waiting for a 2$ deduction with a 4 number code that u have to enter from your paypal acc or something that will appear in 2-3 days? and the other is confirming and linking by going to profile, edit credit card, and link/confirm card.. when i press on link/confirm card, i get this message:  You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks

and i still havent gotten the 2$ deduction with the 4 number code

please help me, i don't know what to do

oh and its a prepaid card for 100$ so i dont get a bill for the 2$ charge, i just figured out.... please help me!!

Having the same problem, although I'm using a bank debit card (not  pre-paid card).  The $2 deduction was made from the bank account and I have my 4 digit code, I just can't enter it. Getting the same error message as helpmenow!

Can someone helpUSnow!?!
