bank not recognizing paypal

Ok, I'm an idiot.

A few days ago someone answered it that I'd have to contaco paypal directly. My pc crashed and I can't find that message with the phone numbers.

The problem is my bank won't release money to paypal and they say something is wrong on the paypal side.

Does anyone have those numbers so I can get this corrected?

Any help is appreciated.
