I want to put about $60 to my PayPal account from my prepaid visa to shop on ebay. On the card, it's very explicitly stated that it is not reloadable.I just want to know can i transfer my money from the credit card to the paypal account with no hassle keep in mind its a Non reloadable pre paid green dot visa from walgreens..
