NEED HELP: Its saying my Bank Account is already assigned, how do I switch that to my New Paypal???

I am having the same issue.  I've even closed my other account but it's still denying my bank account info for the same reason "already assigned to another paypal account".

You can't, you will need to get a new bank account and add that one.
