I have no bank account and my paypal account is limited, I only had a visa card that I use. What can I do? And can someone help me out, give me some answers of what I could do? Thanks!
I have the same problem. Trying to get my paypal account verified and seem to be unable to do it because I have no bank account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
