I get an error while connecting my bank account. PLEASE HELP!

Okay so im with Texas Regional Bank and I added my bank account to paypal and then right when i did that i removed it because I was going to do it later, well... when i added it it sent those small amounts of money to my bank account for security reasons or whatever and now when i check my bank history i have two pending deposits. and i cant verify it because i removed the bank account and now it gives me an error on paypal when i try to add my bank account.

I am having the same issue with my bussiness account, I am unable to add any bank account now and gives me a error, I have called customer service he seemed foriegn and unable to understand my issue. I have put in 2 email request for help and no response yet.
