Fees for Discover Card if used as payement for a service

Hello, 

  I am new to this idea.  Can i pay for a service using pay pal and using my Discover Card to pay for the service?  Will Discover card consider that a cash advance and charge me for a cash advance or will it see it as a service transaction and consider it as if i had swiped the card at a store?   Thanks in advance for your answers...

It will be seen as purchase transaction.
