I was just looking through my bank account & I noticed that PayPal charged me for "Memo Debit PAYPAL TRANSFER" and "Memo Debit PAYPAL ECHECK", both for $50.
Now, I paid $50 via PayPal to a seller on iOffer for an item and it's taken a while for the e-check to clear (PayPal said it would take until about the 24th). But why does it look like I've been charged twice? Is this normal? Will this clear up? And, if not, how can I get my other $50 back?
I am going through the same thing. I made a purchase and now I see they charged me twice, so I checked my bank statement, and sure enough, they took it out twice, and this is for one order that I already received.
Is this normal? Does one of the charges fall off, if not what do we do?Is there a direct phone number to call pay pal ?
