Does anyone receive ebay mastercard statement email reminders?

I opted to stop getting paper statements. I get email about every transaction on my paypal account, but I get no emails about my ebay mastercard statement or payment due. I have to remember when to make a payment and check to see if my statement is available, and I find this really suspicious, as if Paypal deliberately wants the cardholder to forget to make a payment so they can get hit with late fees and a jacked up apr. I checked account details and options and see nothing about email preferences other than changing back to paper statements, what is the deal with this? I don't feel like calling and sitting on hold and being transferred around so I am asking here.

did I ask a difficult question? am I the only person here who has an ebay mastercard account and is concerned with when payments are due? truly pathetic "community".

Of course they do. they all do it. I use online bill pay through my local bank, and used to just send them some when I got paid. Sometimes, I even overpayed. Once I had paid off the cards, I closed them. .Only have the Paypal card now for emergencies. Credit cards are a rip off.

Not sure if this helps because I'm still getting paper statements, but I'm still getting email reminders when pymt is due.  Ld

I'm having the same frustrating issue - and have had to pay interest due to this.

If anyone knows how to request paper statements please help.

Paypal would rather ignore the issue and pretend both the GE Money and rewards links still go to somewhere. THEY DON'T, and haven't for some time.

Are they aware that per the agreement and GE bank's, we are to be given access to our Ebay credit card statements and accounts?

GE Money customer service told me to contact Paypal. Paypal told me to contact Ebay. Ebay told me to contact GE Money.

How convenient for them to pass the buck while we incur fees. The right hand does not know what the left hand does.

By the way - becuase of this I cancelled my Ebay Credit Card.

I have been an Ebay and Paypal customer - buyer and seller - for a long time (even before they were owned by the same company!) and it is truly shameful to see Paypal engaged in smoke and mirrors type activity. There are other options out there, and I will soon be jumping this sinking ship.

The eBay Mastercard is, in my opinion, a big time rip-off. I've had the same problem of not receiving email notifications from GE Money Bank when my statement was ready. This resulted in late fees I had to pay. When I'd contact them they would simply tell me that the notification was emailed on such and such a date and to contact my email provider to find out why I wasn't receiving the notifications. I checked with my provider and there was no emails from GE Money Bank that were blocked or considered spam and filtered. To me the whole thing is a big scam. I'm going to cancel my card just as soon as I make one last payment. Good Riddance!!!!!
