I am having issues due to my debit card. I purchased a Vanilla Visa Card and was able to add it to my account with no trouble, however when attempting to add a second card, Pay Pal continually says I cannot add the card due to the issuer not allowing billing information to be accessed. I did not have this issue previously, but it now shows up with this card. Is there anything I can do.
