I have a Vanilla Visa card, legally purchased. I previously added a card which is also a Vanilla Visa Debit Card. I added the card with no problems, however when attempting to add my second card, I get an error message claiming,
"Card not added, because issuer does not allow billing information to be accessed."
This did not show up when adding my first card, and is quite annoying.
That leads me to my question...
Why does paypal require the information on this other card (of the same type, and purchased in the same store), when this information was not neede with my previous card?
And how can I resolve this issue?
