In my back account, I use two savings: A high Yield Savings and a regular savings (for when I want to use my card in stores). The regular has more than the high yield.
So recently I tried to send money to someone, and I discovered that it took money out of my high yield savings (I didn't get to actually send the money, because they said that I "over-withdrew" money, and they charged it in my account.
Is there a way where I can link my paypal account towards my regular savings than High Yield savings?

I've tried to e-mail someone, but I didn't get a response towards the issue. Plus, I couldn't respond.
EDIT: I just realized that I said "back" instead of bank. but I can't edit the first post, so....my apologies.
