I own this Business PayPal account for years, but recently PayPal limit it and ask me to confirm my identity . the problem is that i can't upload docs in the dashboard (the green circles are already ticked with this message:
Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days." )
and this for more than one month,
and i really dont know where to upload these documents.
I received tons of email from paypal regarding this issue to confirm my identity since I changed my address in my profile. I prepared all the documents needed and I actually forwarded to them many times.
Currently, I call to the customer support but they just forwarded me to someone and then keeps on rings!!!
Paypal, what happened? please help me resolve this problem.
