Need Urgent Help!

Hi there! Recently I noticed that I was getting double payments from my customers. It happened with the two for now and somehow I sorted out the issues with them by giving them an offer. I just want to make sure that it doesn't happen with my future clients. Could you please help me to rectify how my PayPal account or settings can charge a customer twice when I'm not saving their any of the cards info? I just give them my PayPal account and they pay me simply. Could you please look into the matter? For now the issues are being sorted, but I want to make sure that it should happen in future. Please help me out with this urgently. Deep
