FIRC (FOREIGN INWARD REMITTANCE CERTIFICATE) NEEDED FOR THE PAYMENT RECEIPT IN USD

Hi. I am from India and I need a FIRC for the payment we receive in USD from another country.

Paypal transferred money directly to INR and sent to my account and hence bank cannot find and USD transactions.

Please help!
