I bought items through ebay using 20% discount vouchers issed by ebay. The amount was taken off on my ebay invoice but paypal charged me the whole amount. Ebay says the vouchers have been redeemed. Confused. I only ordered because of the 20% vouchers. Any advice?? Emailed paypal twice but have had no reply. Very disappointed.
