WHAT IS THE DEAL PAY PAL?! I am getting a little upset. Sold some small ticket items on ebay over 3 weeks ago. Items were delivered over 2 weeks ago as well as positive feedback. I keep looking up the rules and it says 72 hours after positive feedback or deliv, confirmation. SO WHAT IS THE DEAL? CAN SOMONE HELP ME PLEASE?! I have over 28 feedback and all of them positive.
