Hi all, how can you prove to a seller you sent payment but they never claimed it, this has just happened to me and the seller re-listed the item and left me neg feedback??? really frustrating cheers
Is this an ebay transaction cus if it is sellers cannot leave a buyer anything but positive feedback?? The option for neg feedback is not there for buyers.
If not claimed sounds as if it was an email problem on the sellers auction, this happens when the seller makes a mistake imputting their paypal email addy on their auction during the listing process.
If it was unclaimed was there a cancel option or not.

Hi thanks for reply, the neg feedback was left in pos feedback he wrote " bad ebayer non payer" very frustrating, been told that he had possibly not registered with paypal?? never had this prob before, partly my fault because i didn't check my messages what with work etc...
