payment refused

I have won two items on ebay. Tried to pay for them both at the same time. One transaction went through and the other came up as refused. I  get payed in to that account so i have plenty of money in it funds are not an issue. I have tried several times since but always have the same message payment refused. I still want it what can i do please at the end of my tether here.

Hi lexleyfranks Are you paying by card? Have you contacted your card issuer to see if there's a problem there? Or contact paypal see if they can find out what the problem is

Also you could contact the seller and ask them if they have the correct ppal email address on their listing Ask them to go to their ebay sold page, find the transaction and click sell similar Scroll down and double check their email address is correct without any spelling mistakes

as an update i have phoned my account holder they say the error code is that i have put in an incorrect expiry date. I checked my expiry date with them to make sure it was right. I have even put my info in again to correct it and it says my account is blocked. I have no idea what to do i only have one account i can use for paypal
