cant receive payment from ebay buyer

i cant receave payment from ebay buyer he sent payment and it said unclaimed so he has cancelled the payment but now he has tried to pay again but it wont let him and now says payment pending, please can someone help me with this, i have checked my emails and they are all correct! what should i do ?

I suspect your ppal email address is wrong on the listing

Go to your ebay sold page find the transaction and click sell similar

Scroll down and double check your ppal email address is correct without any spelling mistakes

Tell the buyer not to keep trying

If its wrong try adding the email address you have on the listing to your ppal and see if the money comes through

Remember to change any future listings or revise any active listings with no bids now
