I transfer some money into my account. 10 days later the money still isn't in my account. I tried again, and went through the whole proceedure, and confirmed it etc. But still no transfer. And it doesn't appear on my transaction records with in paypal.

When you initiate a withdrawal from your PayPal account to your bank account, the status may show as “Pending” if the withdrawal is being held for review by our internal security system. This review may take up to 72 hours. Once the review is finished, the status will update to “Completed” and the withdrawal will process into your bank account.
